Director of the Board
Tracey is an experienced board member with membership on the Nursing & Midwifery Board Qld AHPRA and chaired the registration subcommittee for 6 years. She has worked in the professional regulatory space for many years including membership on the Queensland Nursing Council Corporate Services Subcommittee and Complaints Assessment Committee for the Western Australian Nurses Board.
She successfully completed the AICD Company Directors Course, is an active member of Women on Boards and the Australian College of Nursing having contributed to the policy chapter on aged care workforce planning. She has presented at national conferences on Clinical Governance and regulation in Aged Care plus worked with numerous Aged Care sector boards on strategic planning and compliance with regulation.
Tracey has held numerous director roles in the health care sector in Queensland and Western Australia and has successfully managed aged care services in the not for profit and for-profit sectors. Additional qualifications she holds includes Bachelor of Nursing, Graduate Diploma Business and Masters Business Administration.
