Director of the Board
Kirsten Kiel-Chisholm joined the Board in December 2023. Kirsten is an experienced governance professional and lawyer. Kirsten commenced her career as a lawyer working in private practice in both Australia and the United States before moving to in-house legal and company secretary roles. Kirsten has worked in the health, research, education and tourism industries as well as advised across a broad range of other industries gaining experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She holds degrees in Law (First Class Hons) and International Business Relations as well as having a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. She is In-House Counsel Certified by the Association of Corporate Counsel and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
