HOW TO GET STARTED

We aim to make the Application process as easy as possible.

Moving out of your home and into residential aged care is a major life change and it can be a stressful time for all. The Benevolent Living way is to do everything in our power to ensure residents and their families are informed so they can make good decisions. We aim to make the entire process easier by offering a personalised service.

Contact MyAgedCare to organise an eligibility assessment conducted by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).  Be sure to select Benevolent Living as your preferred provider.

Lodge a Permanent Residential Aged Care Request for Combined Assets and Income Assessment with Centrelink/DVA. Further information can be found on the MyAgedCare website.
