On Friday 7th of August we celebrate Aged Care Employee Day, to acknowledge and thank more than 360,000 aged care staff around Australia working in aged care.
This years theme is #ThanksforCaring and recognises each and every team member involved in caring for the 1.3 million older Australians receiving home care or residential care services.
To celebrate our amazing team, our residents and managers got together to say #ThanksforCaring to each and everyone of our staff including nurses and care workers, hospitality teams, cleaners, volunteers, lifestyle officers, administration staff, allied health professionals, maintenance and many, many others.
