New Entry Sign in Software

Our new digital Visitor Sign in System will be launching Monday the 21st of September. This sign in system will replace the current Visitors and Resident Logbook and will still be located in front reception.  Please ensure as soon as you enter the community you are washing your hands before handling the device. There will also be antibacterial wipes available for you to wipe down the device before you begin. To complete the sign in process you will also need to take your temperature as normal. This system is very easy to use, however, during the first week there will be a staff member present during the busiest times to assist where necessary. Visitor Sign In / Sign Out Process

Home Screen Buttons
  1. Select Visitor on the Home Screen

  2. Select Sign in

  3. Answer all screening Questions truthfully and to the best of your knowledge

  4. EXISTING VISITOR - All CURRENT visitors are already pre-programed into our system

  5. Search your name – Select - and wait for label to print


  1. NEW VISITOR

  2. If you are a new visitor select, I can’t find my name and follow the steps

  3. Ensure you have provided us with a copy of your Flu Vaccination or present to reception

All Visitors ensure you are wearing your label for the entire duration of your visit. 


HOW TO SIGN OUT AS A VISITOR

1.         Select Visitor on the Home Screen

2.         Select your name

3.         Press continue (bottom right)



SIGNING OUT AS A RESIDENT

  1. Select Resident on the Home Screen

  2. Select Sign Out

  3. Find your name

  4. Complete all necessary fields

  5. Complete Sign Out

SIGNING IN AS A RESIDENT

  1. Select Resident on the Home Screen

  2. Select Sign In

  3. Take Temperature

  4. Find your name

  5. Complete
